An introduction to the concept of AI Agents and how they can be used in Geotechnical Engineering

ABSTRACT:

AI Agents are systems or software capable of autonomous action in order to meet specific objectives without the need for continuous human guidance. These agents can learn, make decisions, and take actions that maximise their chances of achieving their goals. In this presentation, I will introduce how they can be built to help to solve challenges we face designing and planning construction projects.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Stevan is a Chartered Civil Engineer and founder of the venture capital backed construction technology company Civils.ai. Before starting Civils.ai, Stevan worked for Arup, providing design for tunnelling projects like Singapore's Cross Island Line in Singapore and Thames Tideway in London.
